    Return and get your deposit back

    Return the kybun experience test shoe and get the deposit credited to your original payment option. Please note that shipping costs will be incurred for returns.

  • Option 3

    Keep kybun experience test shoes

    Would you like to keep your kybun experience test shoes? In this case, no further action is required. We will keep the processing fee and deposit, and the kybun Experience Test Shoes will be yours at no additional cost.

Warranty services

Please note that the kybun experience test shoes do not come with a warranty. Even if you keep the model after the test phase, warranty services are excluded.

Worn kybun experience test shoes

The kybun experience test shoes may have already been worn. However, they have been professionally cleaned and disinfected. Cleaning

After the two-week test phase, please clean the kybun experience test shoes thoroughly and return them in good condition.

Refund of your deposit

If you decide to return the kybun experience test shoe, we will of course refund your deposit. This will be credited back to you within approx. 5 working days of receiving the shoes. Please note that shipping costs will be incurred for returns.

Return policy

Exchange in case of wrong size
